The children have been enjoying 'camping out in Africa' in their classroom so Miss Nightingale decided to have a real campfire!  Thanks to Brian who did such a fabulous job of making a safe fire for the adults to toast the marshmallows for the children. YUM!

Foundation Stage Sports Day Was a Triumph This Week

Pre-school children have been finding out about Chinese New Year. We found out about Chinese traditions and had yummy Chinese snacks to eat. There was a Chinese restaurant with woks, bamboo rice steamer, chopsticks and noodle bowls.  The children had fun making lucky money envelopes and a Chinese dragon. They finished the week with a dragon dance and accompanying music.
